BULLS hooker George Flanagan is not the only player to receive a long ban for a West Yorkshire rugby league side this season.

Huddersfield Giants forward Kenny Edwards has received a massive 10-game suspension for putting his finger up the bottom of an opponent in his side's Super League defeat to Catalans Dragons last Thursday.

A complaint was made by Catalans prop Sam Kasiano, and the incident was placed on report by referee Ben Thaler.

Edwards was charged by the RFL's match review panel with a Grade F offence, and having pleaded guilty, he was handed the enormous ban and a £500 fine at a hearing last night.

Flanagan was found guilty of "attacking an opponent's testicles" during Bulls' Challenge Cup defeat to Featherstone in March, and though he denied the charge, he was found guilty.

That led to him being handed a 10-game ban and a £250 fine.

Flanagan's ban only lapsed at the end of the last month, and he played his first game back in Bulls' win over Batley on Sunday.
