The Bulls today announced the signing of highly-rated Leeds Rhinos academy stand-off Marcus Elliott.

Elliott, just 17, who has spent two years with his hometown club, scored 20 points through two tries and six goals in the Rhinos Under-18s’ 36-8 victory over their Bradford counterparts at Odsal in June.

Elliott stressed: “I was offered another contract by Leeds but after speaking to the club and hearing their ambitions, then looking round the superb training facilities at Tong School, I had no hesitation in joining the Bulls.”
