Heath L’Estrange has pledged his long-term future to the Bulls, insisting: There was never any doubt in my mind.

The Aussie hooker signed a three-year contract extension immediately after Saturday’s 30-16 win at Harlequins, ending months of talks about his future.

Despite the delay in getting a deal done, he insists there was never a chance of him going elsewhere.

“I’m very relieved that it’s done now,” said L’Estrange, who has signed up at Odsal until the end of 2014.

“We’ve been wanting to get this done since the start of the year – both parties, myself and Bradford. We’ve come to the agreement and I’m so happy to be here for the next three years.”

Bulls boss Mick Potter added: “It’s pleasing to have Heath on board for the next three years. He’s still only 26 so he’s got a lot of rugby league left in him yet.
