BRADFORD Bulls Women's star Amy Hardcastle has been named in the England Women's squad for Autumn's Sydney Nines tournament and the history-making Papa New Guinea tour.

The centre/second-row talent - who formed part of England's 2017 Rugby League World Cup team - has been named following a prolific 2019 campaign that has seen her score 16 tries.

Hardcastle has impressed for Kirsty Moroney and Beth Sutcliffe's side throughout the year and also featured for Yorkshire in the Women's Origin series.

Having scored a try and assisted a score in the White Rose's triumph, Hardcastle was named player of the match and will represent the club on the tour in October/November.
