THE BULLS have made a storming start to the Betfred Championship season with two wins out of two.

It was a tight and nervy first half against Swinton Lions on Sunday, but John Kear's men eventually stormed through to win come the final hooter.

This sets up a tasty affair against Sheffield Eagles tomorrow evening, who also boast a 100 per cent record from their opening two games and sit two places above the Bulls in second.

A potential indicator of either side's promotion credentials this early in the season, under the lights - it's bound to be a cracker and shouldn't be missed.

Fear not, here at the T&A, we've got you match-day goers covered.

From travel times and routes, to the best boozers - this Bulls away guide will give you everything you need and we'll be doing this for every forthcoming Bradford trip.

We've even got a handy interactive map which incorporates everything we mention including routes (trains and car), parking spots, and drinking holes for away fans (see further below).

There will also be a limited amount of tickets on the door, for both sets of fans.

TRAVEL

The main concern for the big day is how to get there, how long it will take to get there, and where on earth you're going to park...

Train:

The best way to get there is to take the train from Leeds to Meadowhall Interchange and go from there.

That's roughly a 45-75 minute journey depending on which train you get, and they're relatively regular on a Sunday.

A single adult ticket can be bought for as little as £5.20 currently.

From Meadowhall Interchange you'll want to find the spot where you can grab a tram and get on the Yellow Line towards City & Middlewood, before getting off at Attercliffe after five stops.

Trams on the Yellow Line come every 20 minutes and the journey takes eight minutes, with a single adult ticket costing £1.80.

After arriving at the Attercliffe tram stop it's a short walk to the stadium.

You'll want to turn right onto Shortridge Street and then take another right onto Shirland Lane, before a quick left onto Chippingham Street.

Follow this until you reach Darnall Road where you will see the stadium.

By car:

NOTE: It's a Friday night game and the quickest route is down the M1, so you'll probably want to allow for extra time as you'll be travelling when people are making their way home from work for the weekend.

This journey isn't too much different in time to the Swinton trip at the weekend, with this one taking just under an hour.

You'll want to be aiming for the M62 eastbound going towards Pontefract/Hull, to eventually get onto the M1.

From T&A Towers, in the centre of Bradford, the best way to get on is from Junction 27 via Wakefield Road (A650).

It's roughly 5.1 miles on the M62 before taking the M1 exit towards London/Wakefield.

The lion's share of the rest of the journey is on Britain's backbone, where you'll travel for 23.8 miles before taking the A6109 exit to Rotherham/Meadowhall/Sheffield at Junction 34.

At Meadowhall Roundabout it's the third exit onto Tinsley Viaduct (A631) and then the fifth exit at the next big roundabout onto Sheffield Road (A6178).

This is the road you'll want to keep on pretty much until the end now, navigating one small roundabout to stay on Sheffield Road.

You'll eventually come to Worksop Road, just after the Don Valley Cafe, which you'll want to turn right onto.

Then you should be able to see the stadium on your left.

PARKING

There are 90 parking spaces at a cost of £4 available on site for supporters attending the fixture, including 12 disabled parking spaces.

PLEASE NOTE: There is full access to the Stadium from the Car Park for disabled supporters, and a walkway around the stadium can provide a view of the pitch. There are also specific portaloo toilet facilities for disabled attendees.

The Match Day Car Park is located on Worksop Road, adjacent to the Tram Bridge.

PUBS

Options are relatively limited in and around the ground, so if you're coming on the train and you've got some time, you might fancy heading into Meadowhall for a few.

There's a Spoons, Harvester and The Steel Foundry - good options to have before heading out to the ground on the tram.

The nearest pub to the ground is The Travellers Inn which is on the road in, just before you turn onto Worksop Road.

But it only has one review to it's name, so your best option might be the aptly named Sportsman bar.

This one is slightly further away (an eight minute walk) and in the opposite direction (down Darnall Road and over the bridge), but it boasts a 4.4 star rating from 14 reviews.

Carlton Hotel is the next nearest boozing point, but it's worth noting that it's cash only and is a 11 minute walk from the stadium.

If you're happy to venture a little further, there's a few more options available.

Around 16 minutes from the ground, back down the A6178 and at the first roundabout you come to, there's the Eighteen Ten Sheffield and slightly further along is The Wentworth.
