BULLS captain Adrian Purtell and popular back-rower Jay Pitts have rubber-stamped end-of-season moves to London Broncos.

Purtell made his try-scoring comeback from a three-month injury lay-off after shoulder surgery in last weekend's home win over Halifax.

He was contracted to the Bulls for next season but is keen to pursue a new challenge elsewhere after five years at Odsal.

It is thought his role with the Broncos, who could yet be promoted back to Super League this season, will involve coaching opportunities.

Pitts is believed to have signed a two-year deal with Andrew Henderson's side but Tom Olbison is still searching for a club for next season, with the Bulls having not offered him a new deal.

He could end up at part-time Batley with Matt Diskin, who will succeed John Kear at Mount Pleasant in October.

Matty Blythe has also yet to secure a club for next season as head coach Rohan Smith embarks on a major overhaul of his squad.

It is also understood that a number of other players who are under contract for next season have been told they can leave if an opportunity elsewhere presents itself.

Leon Pryce is due to be announced shortly as the Bulls’ marquee signing for next season and London trio Alex Foster, Jon Magrin and Iliess Macani are also set to join.

Meanwhile, Bulls chairman Marc Green is expected to arrive home from his holiday in Ibiza imminently amid mounting speculation that the club could be set for another change of ownership.
