CITY hope Jake Reeves will be fine to face Rochdale on Saturday.

The midfielder came off early in the FA Cup win over Plymouth complaining of a tweaked groin.

He will not be involved in tomorrow's Checkatrade Trophy tie with Oldham but should be clear for league action at the weekend.

Assistant boss Kenny Black said this afternoon: "Jake felt his groin a little bit during the game and he's had a couple of issues with it in the last few weeks.

"We’ve just been mindful of that in training and looked after him.

"We'll leave him alone for tomorrow and then monitory him and he should be fine for Saturday."
