Finding Tom Sayer's replacement as secretary of the Bradford Junior Cricket League proved a little harder than anticipated.
There were two nominations to succeed him but Neil Johnson (Idle) and Alan Douglas (Undercliffe) both received 21 votes.
Thinking on his feet, league chairman Michael Hope (Bowling Old Lane) said: "Let them share the responsibilities and it is up to them how they divvy those up."
