Albion Sports under-13s won a high-scoring game against Westwood 10-2 to climb to second in the Craven, Aire & Wharfe League table.

Goals came from from Adam Yasin (4), Mohd Tallah Butt (2), Mohd Uddin (2), Zack Khan and Ismail Rehman, with Vinay Herar and defensive partner Akash Ali the men of the match.

Albion Sports under-12s A beat a good Oakworth side 5-1.

Sanjay Chudasama fired home after a nice one-two with Hassan Hassain.

Nadeem Khan doubled Albion’s lead and Adam Hussain and man of the match Zain Mushtaq made it 4-0.

Ryan Singh added the final goal after the break following a great move involving Akash and Hussain.

Debutant keeper Gavinder Khaira made two excellent saves to deny Oakworth.

Having beaten under-14 Division B leaders Grassing-ton United 7-2 in their previous match, Bradford Tigers went down 3-0 at Long Lee, who are in a three-way fight for the title with Grassington and Stanningley Albion.

Long Lee went 2-0 ahead down the slope in the first half and defended well, particularly their captain.

Match point for Tigers went to Sam Conlon, while the managers’ man of the match was shared between Matty Knights and Marv Singh.

Tigers under-13s slipped to a surprise 3-2 defeat at home to Nab Wood in a friendly, centre half Luke Duckett scoring with a well-placed shot inside the box and James Townend with a looping effort from distance.

Megan Howell was player of the match for Tigers after a storming debut.

Wilsden under-12s A drew 2-2 with Silsden to scupper their chances of winning the championship.

Lewis Whitehouse and Luca Zenti scored the goals that prevented Silsden taking the three points they needed to share the league title with Keighley Sham-rocks.

Wilsden are the only team to have taken points off the Shamrocks, beating them at the start of the season.

Whitehouse had opened the scoring with a header before Silsden hit back to lead 2-1, only for Zenti to finish with a neat lob to steal a point.

Under-14 league champions Idle Juniors continued their unbeaten run with a 2-2 draw against BD3 Utd followed by a 3-0 victory at Oakworth Juniors.

L Wilton scored both goals against BD3 Utd, with Mohammed Israrand getting United’s goals to end Idle’s 13-game winning run.

Wilton was on target again for Idle against last season’s league winners Oakworth. M Hamzah and P Cooper also struck.

Eccleshiil United under-11s’ frustrating season continued at league leaders Burley.

With only seven players available, they held the leaders to a goalless first half before tiredness set in and Burley ran out 5-0 winners.

Next up for the Eagles is a much anticipated derby against Bradford United.

In the Keybury League, Bradford United under-nines beat Horsforth Colts 5-1.

United are now just one win away from being crowned champions after a great performance.

Striker Asa Mitchell pounced to tap Bradford in front but Horsforth kept their heads up and equalised moments later.

Jaanas Khan fired home in the second half and, with Jack Holroyd inspirational for United, they scored further goals through Holroyd – an unstoppable volley – Kian Hutchinson – a stunning solo goal – and Eisa Faulding.

Two goals from Jamie Bradley and strikes from Daniel Dockray and a goal of the season contender from Rhys Delaney saw Horton Foxes under-tens beat Otley 4-0 in the black division. Sam Whitney was named man of the match for the Foxes.

Albion Sports under-tens came out on top in both games in a double-header with Burley Eagles.

In the first game, substitute Kalu Dissanayaka tapped the ball home from a Andre Tavernier cross for the only goal of the match.

Albion won the second game 2-0, with Mohammed Hussain and Bilal Tofan on target.

Burley had a chance to reduce the arrears but were denied by a great penalty save from keeper Lewis Hawkes.

Man of the match was Neel Herar (first game) and Tofan (second game).

Bradford United under-11s enjoyed a comfortable 9-4 victory over blue division rivals Shipley Juniors, with Oliver Raistrick scoring a hat-trick. Shipley had done well to peg United back to 4-3 at half-time after falling 4-0 behind.

Scholemoor Scorpions matched the success of their under-tens by becoming league champions in only their second year as a club.

They clinched the title with a brilliant 5-1 win at Burley, with goals from Phemelo Ncube (2), Josh Collins (2) and Joe Anderson.
