United started well, with man of the match Jack Holroyd firing home after some good work from Eisa Faulding.

The lead was soon doubled when captain Asa Mitchell unleashed a ferocious 20-yard shot past the Oakworth keeper.

Mitchell was also involved in Bradford’s third goal when his shot bounced down off the bar for Jack Holroyd to head home.

The warning signs were there though, with United keeper Jordan Moorhouse making some fine saves.

With changes made at half-time, Bradford struggled to impose themselves but a shot from George Wood from the halfway line skimmed the Oakworth post.

United were caught out with a long ball over the top and the Oakworth striker finished well.
