McCall and Hendrie will be reunited in a City team on Monday at Valley Parade.

However, this won't be manager Stuart and Bantams legend John but their sons Craig and Jordan, who are playing for City in an under-11 and under-12 representative match against the Craven, Aire & Wharfe Junior League.

The game is part of a three-day extravaganza of the league's cup finals and representative matches against City's age-group teams at Valley Parade.

Craven, Aire & Wharfe League secretary Mike Breeze said: "Snow, rain, mud and - last week - square goalposts have caused postponements to what should have been a straightforward programme of semi-finals.

"But at least we now know all the finalists for the May Day Bank Holiday weekend."

Guests of honour from City include McCall snr, Hendrie snr and their former Bantams team-mate Ian Ormondroyd, who runs City's Football in the Community scheme.

City's joint-chairman Mark Lawn, who is giving the league free use of Valley Parade this year, said: "It will be good to see how our lads compare to the best in their league and I am sure there will be some decent matches."

Referees for the games will come from the pool who have officiated in the Craven, Aire & Wharfe League this season, including Graham Ashington (the league's referee of the year in 2006-07) and Tom Smith (their junior referee of the year in 2007-08).

This season's winning' referees will be announced later this month.

Six of the league's seven finals will be played on Saturday or Sunday, with the only Monday final being the under-14s between Wilsden and Bradford Park Avenue.

That could not be played on Saturday because members of both teams were abroad with Bradford Schools. The only representative match on Sunday is the under-14 clash.

Clubs represented in Craven, Aire & Wharfe League representative teams include Silsden, Long Lee, Eccleshill United, Shipley, Keighley Shamrocks, Nab Wood, Undercliffe Celtic, BD3 United, Guiseley, Grassington, Bingley, Bronte Wanderers, Myrtle Park, Oakworth, Kings Park, Thackley, Menston, Otley Town, Prospect, Horsforth St Margarets and Westwood.
