Baildon finish their season with a touring team from Uxbridge facing a President’s XV at Jenny Lane tomorrow afternoon (2.15), followed by a barbecue.
The club’s floodlight appeal is already two-thirds of the way to its £15,000 target, set only six months ago.
Club awards (presented at the annual dinner) – Player of the season: Jonathon Picken; most improved player: JJ O’Connell; president’s player of the year: Marcus Dracup; Johnny Bell Trophy (most effort): Joe Robinson; Graham Spear Award (best young player): Danny Pollard; club person of the year: Barbara Elliot (groundslady).
