A FORMER West Bowling star and an ex-Bradford Bull have made it into the revised England Elite Performance Squad.
Experienced Castleford Tigers player Luke Gale takes his place in the side, alongside fellow Super League team-mate Jake Trueman.
Trueman began his rugby league life at current National Conference League Division Two side West Bowling.
The 20-year-old was part of the youth set-up at Bradford Bulls, making his debut - and sole appearance in 2016 - before being picked up by the Tigers in 2017 at just 17 years of age.
Gale, on the other hand, turned out for the Odsal outfit 64 times, hitting an honourable 119 goals between 2012 and 2014.
The EPS next meets in August, with the focus remaining on the 2021 Rugby League World Cup.
But, there will also be one eye on the Downer World Cup Nines which takes place in Sydney in October.
