SECOND plays first this weekend in Kingstone Press National Conference League Division Two when table-toppers Ince Rose Bridge come to West Bowling.

Bowling thumped Shaw Cross 62-0 last week, and will go top if they can beat Ince Rose and avenge their narrow defeat earlier this season.

The play-off race hots up even further when fifth-placed Bradford Dudley Hill head to third-placed Wigan St Judes. If Hill can win, they could leapfrog their opponents into third place as it gets to the business end of the season.

Drighlington’s play-off hopes are still alive after a win at Gateshead last week, but face a tough game this weekend when they welcome Woolston Rovers. Only wins will do for Drig if they hope to keep pace with sides in the play-off spots.

In the Yorkshire Men’s League, Queensbury will be aiming to build on last week’s win in Nottingham when they host East Hull, with both sides pushing for play-off places.

In Division Two, Wyke will aim to continue their perfect season when they welcome York Acorn, while Keighley Albion host Stanningley and Wibsey Warriors are on the road against Wakefield Hawks.

Winless Birkenshaw Bluedogs are at home to East Leeds in Division Three, while Birstall Victoria make the journey to Wetherby Bulldogs.

Division Four sees winless Queensbury A head to Leeds Akkies while fellow strugglers Clayton are away at Crofton Sports and Odsal Sedbergh welcome Doncaster Toll Bar. Wyke Academy host Hunslet Warriors.

In the NCL Alliance, West Bowling play Featherstone Lions, and in the Wheelchair RL Championship, Bradford Bulls travel to Rochdale Hornets.
