ECCLESHILL United have confirmed that long-serving striker Jonny Irving is leaving the club.
He had been at the club for six years and was instrumental in the Eagles’ promotion bid this season from the Northern Counties East League Premier Division.
They reached a promotion play-off, but lost on penalties to Kempston Rovers.
Speaking on Twitter, Irving said: "Massive Thankyou to everyone involved at @EccleshillUtdFC.
"I played with some great players over the last 6 years, met some great people and made some unbelievable memories.
"Unfortunately it’s time for me to move on but I wish everybody all the best in future."
