The Institute of Groundsmanship (IOG) are holding an intermediate course called An Introduction to the Theory at Headingley Carnegie Stadium on Wednesday, November 23 (9am-4pm).
Topics covered will be: Definition of surface, assessment of surface, safe working practice, soils, basic turfgrass identification, nutrients, fertilisers, pests, diseases, moss and weeds and new developments.
