The Bradford Mutual Sunday School League are holding a laws course early next year at Clayton Rugby Club on six successive Thursdays (January 20-February 24, 7.30-9.30pm).
Umpires’ Association vice-chairman Paul Newbould said: “The league would like each club to send a representative – and preferably their captain.”
A proposal that umpires’ fees be raised from £22 to £24 per match from the start of next season will be heard at the league’s annual meeting at Clayton Rugby Club on Tuesday, November 23.
