No play was possible during the morning session on day three of Yorkshire’s vital LV= County Championship clash with Kent.
It meant the visitors remained 45 runs behind the Tykes’ first-innings total of 261 on their overnight score of 216-6.
The poor weather also put back the county’s player of the year award ceremony.
The Tykes have announced one of the winners, with 18-year-old Gurman Randhawa picking up the Academy award.
