Anthony McGrath and Jacques Rudolph both recorded hundreds at Headingley this morning as Yorkshire continued to dominate Durham on the second day of their County Championship match.
McGrath made it to 105 before he was run out by Dale Benkenstein racing round from short cover and Rudolph reached lunch unbeaten on 123.
Yorkshire, who started the day on 304 for two, made it to the first break of the day on 408 for three from 132 overs.
They missed out on their fourth batting bonus point this morning but also prevented the visitors claiming a single bowling point.
Rudolph reached his ton from 209 balls and McGrath from 240 shortly afterwards. The pair shared 206 for the third wicket.
While there does not seem to be too much help for the bowlers in the pitch, it is not the easiest to score on either.
The most likely scenario is that Yorkshire will press on with the bat for the afternoon session and declare around tea with a first-innings score in the region of 550-600.
Captain Andrew Gale resumed this afternoon on 13 not out.
