BOOTH have retained the Spenser Wilson Halifax League's Parish Cup, giving them a ninth victory overall.
They beat near-neighbours Mytholmroyd in the final by five wickets at Blackley.
Mytholmroyd were bowled out for 170 as Matthew Scholefield top-scored with 58, while the wickets were shared among five bowlers, with some fine catches being held in difficult conditions.
That score never looked enough, however, as Booth batted sensibly, reaching their target with five overs to spare.
Booth's top scorer was Rob Worsnop, who won the man-of-the-match award in recognition of a well crafted half-century and two excellent catches.
It was a difficult afternoon for cricket as drizzle and then rain came in the second innings but the match was completed before the heavens really opened, and umpires Ray Taylor and Steve Hunter deserve credit for keeping the game moving in difficult conditions.
