RAIN wiped out the opening session of the third day between Yorkshire and Surrey in their Specsavers County Championship pink-ball match at Headingley.
An early tea was called for 3.30pm but prospects of play did not look good for the rest of the day.
When play does begin, either today or tomorrow morning, Yorkshire will resume on 27-1 in reply to Surrey's 516-7 declared.
