YORKSHIRE LPS are leading the Bradford Mutual Sunday School League's Group A after beating Bradford Gymkhana by 11 runs.

LPS were bowled out for 119 in 31 overs, Gymkhana's skipper Mohammed Sheraz taking 4-22 and Shezad Khalid 4-20.

In reply, Gymkhana only managed to score 108 in 37.4 overs, with Shezad Khalid top-scoring with 41.

Bradford Moor YCA are in joint second with Interlink after beating Hallfield A by two wickets.

Hallfield scored 144-9, with Kabeer Hussain taking 4-23 against his old team.

Moor made 148-8 after tea, with Yasran Gazanfer taking 4-38.

Interlink beat Allerton, who were all out for 82 (Naeem Patel 6-23), by seven wickets.

Girlington suffered their first defeat of the season, but only by one wicket to Omars.

Struggling after losing five early wickets, Girlington were revived by a 72-run partnership for the sixth wicket between Manzar Naqvi (41) and Mohammed Azad, totalling 121 in 27.3 overs.

Chetan Patel took 5-26 in eight overs, and Omars replied with 122-9, with Shmile Khan scoring 40.

Girlington captain Musawar Shah and Raja Farhad both took 4-39.

Great Horton Church defeated Apperley Bridge by 119 runs after making 198 (Savaiz Bashir 53, Meseum Nisar 47). Bridge were all out for 79, with Mohammed Zahid taking 4-9.

In Group B, Yorkshire Friends beat Bowling Baptists by 91 runs.

Friends totalled 157 (Sahzaid Yousaf 4-32), but Baptists were castled for 66 as Waseem Khan took 5-32 and Sharaz Ahmed 4-15.

Parkside made a similar score after tea (68) against Bradford Gymkhana, for whom Khalid Hameed took 4-7, including a hat-trick.

Gymkhana had earlier scored 173, with contributions from M Saeed (46) and Arsalaan Ali (43), Amid Khan taking 4-36.

Salem Athletic B beat last year's champions Great Horton Church B by three wickets, with the latter scoring 122-8.

Athletic replied with 125-7, with Khizer Khalid bagging 5-54, including a hat-trick.

Mayfield got a winning draw against Cambing, making 225-7 (Sajid Shah 43).

Cambing held out at 173-9, Mohammed Zada Khan top-scoring with 62.

Hallfield B also got a winning draw against ten-man Girlington B after making 237-8 (Sohail Butt 73).

Depleted Girlington replied with 141-8, with Seif Hussain scoring 50.

In Group C, Mandhata beat Bradford Moor by three wickets.

Moor were all out for 200 in 32.5 overs, but Mandhata reached their target in 33.4 overs.

Bowling Baptists defeated Mayfield by two wickets, while  Cambing beat Mayfield in a tense game with ten balls remaining.

Paul Cuthbertson was Mayfield's man of the match, scoring 46 not out in their 106-9 (Tariq Mahmood 4-28) and then taking 4-16 as Bowling Baptist replied with 110-8.

TABS beat Great Horton Meths by 52 runs after making 147-9, with Amjad Khan taking 4-29. Meths were then all out for 95 as Palvinder Kumar took 4-17.

Salem, who were dismissed for 152 (Aftab Yasir 40, Sahir Ahmed 4-17) in 39.4 overs, got a winning draw against Bradford Indians.

Indians replied with 129-6, with Vikram Jeet Singh completing an all-round performance by scoring 59 not out, having earlier taken three wickets.

Debutants Denholme Clough beat Cambing by 78 runs, making 136 off 38.1 overs (Hafiz Adil Hanif 55). 

Cambing were then shot out for 58 off 22.3 overs as Waqas Ali took 4-7.

In Group D, Greenfield defeated West Bowling by 121 runs.

Greenfield scored 155 in 29.4 overs (Adeel Ahmed 84, Shiv Krishan 4-48) but Bowling could only score 34 in 18.1 overs (Tamoor Qureshi 7-21).

Muff Field made 164-6 (Gurpreet Romana 4-41), which was 107 too many for Allerton, who were dismissed for 57 by James Fallon (5-23) and Frank Powell (5-32).

Yorkshire LPS beat Great Horton Meths by 69 runs, despite only making 106. Anil Patel took 4-2 in Meths' 37.

Central YMCA defeated Muff Field B by five wickets, with the latter dismissed for 106 (Peter Burkinshaw 43, Craig Devanny 4-15).

Muff Field were all out for 106, Peter Burkinshaw scoring 43 and Craig Devanny taking 4-15.

In reply, YMCA scored 109-5, with Wayne Broxholme scoring 41 not out.
