YORKSHIRE lost six wickets during the opening afternoon of their Specsavers County Championship Division One match against Somerset at Headingley to be bowled out for just 145.
The reigning champions are in deep trouble at tea, despite the bowler-friendly conditions.
Their demise has also been down to some questionable strokeplay against an accurate attack, for whom Craig Overton and Jim Allenby struck three times apiece.
Only Jake Lehmann and Tim Bresnan made it into the thirties, with 31 and 38 not out respectively.
Andrew Gale, Adil Rashid, Andrew Hodd, Liam Plunkett, Jack Brooks and Ryan Sidebottom all fell after lunch.
