THERE was no play possible during the second afternoon of Yorkshire’s Specsavers County Championship Division One match with Surrey at The Oval.
Rain has so far ruined the first two days of this match, with Surrey advancing to 164-5 from 49.4 overs.
The hosts have lost three wickets today as they advanced from 95-2 overnight in the 16.4 overs of play possible this morning.
Tea was taken at 3.10pm and an inspection was planned for 3.30pm, although there was no immediate new of a resumption.
