Girlington remain top of Group A of the Mutual Sunday School League after beating Bradford Gymkhana by six wickets.

Musawar Shah took 6-16 as Gymkhana’s nine men were dismissed for 106.

Salem slipped down to third place after losing to Cambing by 51 runs. Cambing made 116 with Azhar Ali taking 4-38. Salem were all out for 65 Bradford Moor are second after their 127-run win over Yorkshire LPS.

Bradford Moor made 206-5, with Imran Haider scoring 76. Yorkshire LPS were all out for just 79.

Raees Ishtiaq took 4-21 as Great Horton Church bowled out Heaton for 114 to seal a 27-run win. Majid Hussain took 5-29 for Heaton as Church were all out for 141.

Interlink beat Apperley Bridge by 28 runs in a high- scoring game. Interlink made 270-7 with Yunus Bismillah scoring 115no, Faizal Amajee (59) and Irfan Jamadar (45).

Apperley Bridge made 242 with Mohammed Junaid scoring 66.

Salem beat Bowling Baptists by five wickets to stay at the top of Group B.

Abid Rehman hit 113 as they overhauled the Baptists’ score of 216.

Omars remain in hot pursuit of Salem after a 99-run win over Bradford Gymkhana.

Majid Hussain (6-11) and Shmile Khan (4-15) bowled out Gymkhana for 28.

Great Horton Church beat Girlington by 11 runs.

Church scored 199-6 with Imran Khan making 53no and 15-year-old Luqman Ahmed (35).

Girlington were all out for 188 with Rizwan Mushtaq scoring 87 and Shahid Saleem (50). Luqman Ahmed took 4-14 and Asad Ali (4-45).

Group C leaders Yorkshire Friends got a winning draw against West Bowling.

They scored 269-8, with Shazad Ahmed and Shazad Akhtar scoring 92 and 71 respectively, during a third-wicket partnership of 116.

West Bowling’s skipper Chris Carter took 4-50. West Bowling scored 131-6.

In Group D, Central YMCA won the basement battle with Great Horton Meths by eight wickets to record their first win of the season. They bowled out their rivals for 60.

TABS remain at top after a 133-run victory over Bradford Indians.

TABS batted first and scored 193-8 with Nisar Hasan making 147 not out.

In reply, Bradford Indians were dismissed for 60 to give TABS their convincing margin of victory.
