The first subsidised coaching course in Bradford aimed specifically at girls and women aged between 14 and 25 is being run at Woodlands Cricket Club.
Pro Coach Yorkshire Cricket, in partnership with the Bradford League club, have secured funding through Sportivate for these unique Saturday sessions, which will continue at £2.50 per session until March 30.
Respected coach Kate Cross – the first female to be accepted into Lancashire County Cricket Club’s Academy – will be at the helm for the lessons from 3-5pm.
