White Hart recorded a thumping 8-1 win over White Swan Wibsey to reach the final of the Bradford & District Sunday Cup.

Despite trailing to a first-minute goal after a mistake by keeper Dave Chivers, White Hart led 5-1 at the break and then added three more in the second half.

Goals from Adam Haigh (2), Karl Butler (2), Marcus Edwards, Adam Khan, James Higginson and Shaun Scandrett settled the semi-final. White Hart now meet Steel Bangle in the final at Eccleshill United on Monday, April 23 (7pm).

Cuedos Rangers needed all three points against Bradford Sunday Alliance League Division One rivals White Eagles to leapfrog them in the table but could only manage one after a 2-2 draw.

Cuedos went 2-0 in front through Simon Rawnsley and Ben Oliver but in the second half the hosts were by far the better team and eventually forced an equaliser in the 89th minute.

An Alan Morley penalty sealed a 3-1 victory for Peel Park against George Hotel.

Liam Roper gave them the lead but the visitors replied almost immediately through Tucker. Matthew Hannan put Peel ahead straight after the break before Morley’s spot-kick meant there was no way back for George.

Stanningley Albion moved three points clear at the top of Division 1B with a 10-0 rout of St George’s at Rawdon Meadow.

Swaine Green beat Cuedos Rangers Reserves to improve their chances of winning the Division 3A title.

Elliot Holmes scored both the visitors’ goals and Jake Large replied for the hosts but Nathan Priestley gave a top class performance for the leaders in the 2-1 win.

Steel Bangle warmed up for their District Cup final with a 6-1 thrashing of Canterbury 2010.

In Division 3B, Hare & Hounds won 2-0 against Grass Greener to steal pole position from the visitors, with strikes by Adam Milner and Craig Ricketts.

Bridge Athletic were deservedly crowned Division Four champions with a 2-1 victory at AFC Titans, Paul Moorhouse and Paul Taylor with the goals.
