Whetley Lane edged out Langho 4-3 on penalties to reach the final of the FA Umbro Vets Cup for the first time.
The match finished 2-2 after extra time, with Liam Robinson and Simon Parkes – who had been pushed forward from defence late on – scoring for Lane.
Robinson, Dean Calcutt and Mark Wilson then netted from the spot before Martin Kemp fired home the decisive penalty.
Goalkeeper Matthew Garritey and midfielder Nigel Smith also excelled for Lane.
