Goalkeeper Damian Clancey excelled on his debut as Whetley Lane drew 0-0 against Colne-based Commercial Old Boys in their latest FA Umbro Vets Cup group game.
Both defences were outstanding, with former Watford player Paul Atkinson and Martin Johnson also impressing for Whetley.
