Tonight sees Guiseley with another tough fixture in the UniBond Premier Division as Whitby Town visit Nethermoor.

Guiseley have had a difficult start to the season and a visit from one of their nearest rivals will provide more nail-biting.

Whitby have had a poor start themselves but a win tonight would take them above their hosts.

"Whitby at home will be a stern test, probably the biggest we have had so far," said Guiseley boss Neil Parsley.

"We had hoped to be in a better position at this stage. We have deserved more points than we have picked up from our five games - but those are the results we have got and we have to do something to improve our return."

Parsley is waiting for an update on the fitness of striker Scott Jackson, who picked up a groin strain in Saturday's 1-1 draw at Leek Town.

He is rated at 50/50 for this evening but Parsley is able to add former Bradford City reserve Sam Denton and the versatile Chris Clarke, who is fit again.
