Northcliffe’s Andrew Lee has been crowned the inaugural Yorkshire Matchplay individual champion after beating Birley Wood’s Paul Clarkson 6&5 in the final at Alwoodley.
Skipton’s Andrew Knowles and Jeremy Harding lost on the 17th green in the pairs final to Wheatley’s Ben Ryland & Ashley Ibbotson.
