Leeds United face keen competition for Charlton winger Lloyd Sam, who is out of contract and has yet to be offered new terms by the Addicks.
Leeds-born Sam’s representative has indicated that four Championship clubs have expressed an interest in the 25-year-old, who has had spells on loan at Leyton Orient, Sheffield Wednesday and Southend.
Leeds, Crystal Palace, Coventry and Leicester are believed to be keen, though Elland Road manager Simon Grayson has yet to confirm or deny his interest.
Although Sam was born in Leeds, his parents moved to London just four months later. In 47 League One appearances for Charlton last season he scored four goals.
