Bradford Dudley Hill are set to remain unchanged for their National Conference Division One clash with struggling Thornhill Trojans at Parry Lane.

Hill surprisingly lost the away fixture 24-16 but the Trojans appear to have blown a fuse since that encounter, losing six consecutive games.

Coach Jason Lee believes a settled side will be the key to achieving fifth-placed Hill’s burning promotion ambitions.

He said: “Knocks permitting, we will try and go with the same 13 that turned out at Thatto last week.

“Kenny Smith will come into the squad as extra cover. We need some consistency and, if we get that, a top-three spot is possible.”

West Bowling are hopeful that Australian stand off Josh Essex will return to action in their trip to Castleford Panthers.

Essex has returned from France and indicated he will be available to spearhead Bowling’s climb out of the relegation zone.

The Panthers, who edged the corresponding fixture at Bankfoot 22-16, have won just two of their last six but Wests will lack forwards Sha Basha and Matt Wolski.
