BRADFORD (Park Avenue) are gearing up for the first FA Youth Cup game of the season, and they will joined by a buoyant Guiseley side in the preliminary round.
Guiseley entered the competition at the extra preliminary round stage, and got through with ease, beating Dronfield Town 3-0.
That has landed them what should be a winnable tie at Yorkshire Amateur, which will take place this coming Friday.
Avenue play their preliminary round tie a day earlier, as they travel to Stocksbridge Park Steels on Thursday.
Strangely, the senior sides of both clubs have also faced off in the FA Cup this season, with Stocksbridge leaving Horsfall with a 3-2 win.
Brighouse Town are also in preliminary round action, as they go to Golcar United this Saturday.
As for Bradford City, their teenagers will enter the FA Youth Cup in the first round proper later this season.
