MARINE’S progress into the FA Cup fourth qualifying round has meant a switch up for fixtures in Avenue this month.
The pair were due to face off in the Northern Premier League Premier Division this Saturday, but with Marine facing Avenue’s neighbours FC Halifax Town in the cup, the game at Horsfall has had to be moved.
It will now be played on Monday, October 30 instead.
But Avenue do have a league game this Saturday, as they host Hyde.
That game was due to take place next Monday, on October 16, but with both sides now out of the FA Cup, the clubs agreed to move the fixture forward by two days.
It is third rescheduling of the Hyde encounter, which had to be moved from its initial date of September 16 due to FA Cup action.
