WEST Bowling are up to third in Division One of the National Conference League, as they edged out Milford in a thriller.

Milford are bottom of the table, but produced an inspired display at Horsfall, before eventually succumbing to a 24-20 defeat.

Logan Simpson, Richard Lumb, Lewis Taylor and Kyle Moore went over to score for the Bradford side, with Harry Williams successfully kicking four goals.

Down in Division Two, Bradford Dudley Hill were involved in a close contest themselves, but their relegation looks to be almost sealed, as they eventually lost 22-16 at home to Wigan St Judes.

That win for Wigan means Dudley Hill are now seven points from safety.

Drighlington are up to ninth in Division Three, after securing an excellent 26-18 win at mid-table Bentley on Friday night.

In the Yorkshire Men's League Premier Division, Brighouse Rangers shot up to fourth with a 38-26 win over Nottingham Outlaws.

In Division Two, Wibsey Warriors remain fifth after losing 30-18 to high-flying Ossett Trinity Tigers.

Keighley remain top of Division Three after being handed a walkover win against Hull Wyke.

Wyke were also given a 24-0 victory, this time against York Acorn. That moves Wyke up to third.

West Bowling Academy remain bottom of that division, having lost 36-20 to Heworth at the weekend.

In Division Six, Drighlington's YML side gifted a walkover win to Shaw Cross Sharks.

Finally, in Division 7B, Wyke A and Queensbury A played out an 8-8 draw, with the latter having already picked up two points at the weekend after getting a walkover win over Bramley Buffaloes A.

Birkenshaw Blue Dogs lost 28-18 at home to King Cross Park Academy.
