BRADFORD (Park Avenue) face freshly-relegated King's Lynn Town in their first game of the new National League North season next month.

In a busy first month, Avenue have six games, including a trip to newly-promoted Scarborough Athletic.

On October 15, Avenue face a trek to Banbury United, who have just come up from the Southern Football League. Their trip south to play the other promoted side from that division, Peterborough Sports, is on March 4.

The other new team for them to face is Buxton, who they first play away from home on December 3.

A few weeks after that encounter, Avenue have a double-header with Farsley, hosting them on Boxing Day, before travelling to the Celts on New Year's Day.

That is Avenue's only real derby this term, with York having been promoted and Guiseley relegated from the division in 2021/22.

Having started their season at home, Avenue end it at Horsfall too, hosting likely promotion challengers AFC Fylde.

The FA Cup gets underway for Mark Bower's side with the second qualifying round on September 17, while their FA Trophy campaign will start in the second round on November 19.
