YORKSHIRE all-rounder Matthew Waite has signed a short-term loan deal with Worcestershire.
Waite, 26, has moved to New Road for two weeks and is available for Thursday’s County Championship match with Leicestershire at New Road.
He can also play for the Rapids in three Vitality Blast matches away to Notts Outlaws, Lancashire Lightning and Durham.
Waite, who has been unlucky with injuries during his career, has not played a first-class game for Yorkshire since 2019, though he was a regular in their 50-over side last term.
