City have signed Watford goalkeeper Scott Loach on loan until the end of the season.
The 19-year-old, who has just finished a short spell at Morecambe, will make his debut against Shrewsbury tomorrow if Donovan Ricketts completes his move to QPR.
Loach joined Watford from Lincoln's centre of excellence for £50,000 and comes highly rated.
He spent a pre-season trial with Leeds but they were unable to offer him a deal because the club was under a transfer embargo at the time.
Loach was with Stafford Rangers for the first three months of the season and then played three times as a stop-gap keeper for Morecambe where he earned rave reviews from Shrimps boss Sammy McIlroy.
