SIr - So, here we go again, Bradford City, after a poor run have decided to part company with Derek Adams, which, in my opinion, was due a few weeks ago. City decided to give him a chance but this has backfired and City is now eight points adrift of a play-off position, with hopes of achieving this a receding possibility.

So, who next in the Valley Parade hot seat? In my humble opinion, he has just been appointed Caretaker Manager again and that man to take City forward is Mark Trueman, a respected Bradford City lad through and through.

City put their trust in someone who took Morecambe from obscurity to success in his time there but has taken City from possible success to obscurity. So the merry-go-round starts again, finding a new manager who can sprinkle magic dust on the players and whoosh, play-offs.

Give Mark Trueman a chance, as apart from a poor run of form towards the end of his previous tenure, was doing alright, having been given the reigns with City in a perilous position.

Changing the manager regularly, as Bradford have done in recent years, can't be good for morale at the club. Give Mr Trueman a decent contract so he can build his team around him and maybe success will be achieved next season.
