FORMER City goalkeeper George Sykes-Kenworthy will be staying at Bradford (Park Avenue) for the rest of the season.
The club have acted quickly following a string of excellent performances since his arrival at the start of December, with his heroic clean sheet in the win over Chester last Saturday helping the Horsfall side move six points clear of the National League North relegation zone.
In other news, fellow stopper Jonny Saltmer has been released from his Avenue contract by mutual consent.
In a statement, Avenue said: "We would like to thank Jonny for his efforts at the club, and of course we all wish him nothing but the best in his career."
Another player who left Horsfall recently was Akeel Francis, and he has found himself a new club this week.
The striker, who was released by Avenue in November, has joined Scottish League Two side Stirling Albion.
