BRADFORD (Park Avenue)’s academy continues to come on leaps and bounds, and a big role at the club is currently up for grabs.

The National League North outfit are on the lookout for an academy co-ordinator, who will help them deliver a top quality programme for their junior and scholarship academy programmes.

Avenue first-team boss Mark Bower said ahead of their league game with Guiseley last week that the Lions were a good template to follow, with a number of academy graduates currently in their first team and their youth side reaching the FA Youth Cup second round two years in a row.

Avenue themselves have handed first-team opportunities to teenagers like Seb Bolton and Liam Hall this season, with their academy programme led by former Leeds United employee Tom McStravick, who is the technical director.

It is McStravick who you need to contact to apply for this role, on thomas.mcstravick@bpafc.com

Speaking of youth, and Avenue are attempting to get down with the kids now, having created a club TikTok account.

The popular social networking video service has exploded in popularity over the last couple of years, and Avenue are the latest football club to get on board.

You can watch post-match interviews with Bower on there, as well as catch up on live game footage.
