YORKSHIRE opener Tom Kohler-Cadmore played a starring role in the Lanka Premier League final late last week.
The Sri Lankan T20 competition culminated in a final showdown between Kohler-Cadmore's Jaffna Kings and Galle Gladiators.
With Kohler-Cadmore thrashing 57 not out off 41 balls, and team-mate Avishka Fernando scoring 63, Jaffna put up a huge total of 201-3 batting first.
Galle made a lightning start to their chase, reaching 63-0 after 4.1 overs, but they then lost two wickets in two balls, and never fully recovered, eventually finishing on 178-9 from their 20 overs to lose by 23 runs.
Fernando was named player of the tournament, after scoring an impressive 312 runs.
