AFTER a big staff clear out at Yorkshire County Cricket Club, they are looking for more than just a replacement for sacked first team head coach Andrew Gale.
Today, they have advertised three new important coaching roles, all of which will have a real impact on player growth at the club.
The historic club are seeking a new second team coach, a new academy coach, and an assistant coach.
