SAM Frankland made 128 and paceman Elliot Richardson took 5-36 as Woodlands went 11 points clear at the top of the Gordon Rigg Bradford Premier League Premier Division with a 169-run win over Morley.

Frankland and Tim Jackson (67) put on 163 for the first wicket in a total score of 280-3 before Morley were bowled out for 111. The result drops the Scatherd Lane side into the bottom two.

New Farnley are now second after defeating the previous joint leaders Townville by 42 runs.

Farsley skipper Matthew Lumb took 5-39 as his side beat Wrenthorpe by seven wickets.

Cleckheaton marked the arrival of overseas player Charity Kumarasignhe with a five-wicket win over Pudsey St Lawrence.

Fourth place Methley cruised to an eight-wicket win over Bradford & Bingley and Hanging Heaton beat bottom team Batley by five wickets.

Meanwhile, Ossett beat Keighley by seven wickets to take over as leaders of Division One. They are three points ahead of Birstall who suffered a 33-run defeat to fast improving Baildon. Kevin McDermott took 6-35 as Birstall were dismissed for 100.

Skipper James Lee made an unbeaten 117 as third-placed Bankfoot chased down Gomersal's 282-6 to win by seven wickets. Liam Fletcher made 101 for Gomersal making him one of three players to score centuries and end up on the losing side in the division.

Farouk Alam was another. His unbeaten 171, which included 14 sixes and 14 fours, was part of Carlton's 272-5. They were unable to capture their first win though thanks to Pramud Hettiwatte (130) helping Pudsey Congs to a three-wicket win.

Undercliffe's Billy Whitfield made 118 but his side's score of 277-8 was chased down by Lightcliffe with Noah Chapman making 93 not out and 15-year-old Tom Burton (66) starring.

One more player who produced a fine individual performance and ended up a loser was Hartshead Moor's Josh Marsden. He took 7-59 but could not save his side from defeat against East Bierley by 86 runs.

It is all change at the top of Division Two once again with Buttershaw Paul's now leading the way following their eight-wicket win over Jer Lane and defeats for the previous top two, East Ardsley and Wakefield St Michael's.

An unbroken third wicket stand of 120 between Jamie Robson (80) and Amer Ayoub (54no) enabled St Paul's to overhaul Jer Lane's 170. Even half centuries from Richard Vigars (68) and Gary Jennings (57) could not save East Ardsley from a 28-run defeat.

Opener Danny Riley made an unbeaten 148 as Sandal scored 244-3 on their way to a 56-run win over Wakefield St Michael's.

Bowling Old Lane defeated Scholes by 42 runs with Zeeshan Haider taking 5-44, while Hunslet Nelson eased their relegation fears with a 57-run over Yeadon.

Brighouse all-rounder Qyadratullah Azizi hit a stunning 159 not out from just 58 balls as Division Three leaders Brighouse scored 321-6 in their 116-run win over East Leeds.

Second-placed Crossflatts maintained their promotion challenge with a 61-run win over Altoft. The result saw Altofts drop to the bottom of the table on a day when Windhill & Daisy Hill recorded their first win, a five-wicket triumph over Adwalton.

Liversedge continued their upturn in form with a six wicket win over Gildersome & Farnley Hill, while Crossbank Methodists beat Rodney by six runs.

Javed Iqbal finished with 7-85 as Heckmondwike & Carlinghow defeated Great Preston by 46 runs.
