GENEROUS fans raised £3,621.75 for Bradford’s Plastic Surgery and Burns Research Unit with this year’s fundraising activities.
City have announced the results of the various donation initiatives, which have all been done digitally.
The club sold 693 “virtual” tickets for their final home game of the season against Scunthorpe – which earned £3,465 for the unit.
A further £156.75 came from 95 sales of the You’ll Never Walk Alone cover single by Andy Ruddy and David Nowakowski.
City chief executive Ryan Sparks said: “The funds will allow the PSBRU to continue researching, developing and providing care and we thank everyone who contributed.
“Together, we have once again held various digital initiatives this year, to remember the 56 lives we tragically lost on May 11th 1985, and keep those who remain affected to this day in our thoughts.”
