CITY supporters are invited to have their say on the potential future of ticketing and access at Valley Parade - through a new survey.

An online form, the survey is expected to take no longer than five minutes to complete, and provides supporters with an opportunity to offer insight into their experiences and preferences.

The club is currently reviewing ticket and access systems - as part of a three-year strategy to transform and enhance ticketing at Valley Parade.

Plans to install automated turnstiles over the coming years are in place, which are set to provide an opportunity to alter the way in which tickets are sold, distributed and administered at Valley Parade in future.

With this delivering potential for a more intelligent direct debit/season ticket package to be put in place, club officials are keen to hear the thoughts of supporters on how this would potentially work.

City say they welcome and value supporter feedback, and remain committed to improving experiences as far as possible.

City’s chief executive officer, Ryan Sparks, said: “Ahead of season tickets going on sale for the 2021/22 campaign, and given our plans to modernise ticketing going forward, we wanted to reach out to our supporters and deliver a process and system which can work for you.

“We have fallen behind many of our EFL colleagues in this area, and see the post-pandemic period as an opportunity to make changes which can have a long-term and hugely positive effect.

“We very much value supporter feedback, and your help with this will assist us in continuing to build a better Bradford City for everyone.

“I am committed to ensuring we provide a successful product, which is affordable for you to enjoy for years to come, and we believe there are ways for us to make sure of this going forward.”
