BAILDON CC have announced the sad death of club legend Roger Pawson.
He made a huge contribution to the club, and was a key player of theirs during the 1960s and 1970s.
The highlight of his career was taking 10-32 against Yorkshire Bank in 1974, an incredible feat that is the holy grail for bowlers.
Baildon were not the only club he played for in Bradford either, as he made appearances for both Saltaire and Bankfoot.
The Bradford League said they were sending their condolences to Roger's wife Val, family and all at Baildon CC.
