L. Smith has won and finished third for Leeds & District A.S.A. in matches over the past fortnight or so.

LISTERHILLS A.A.
Tomorrow's open match on the canal will be on Canal Road at Armley. The draw is at 9am.
The old canal system seems to be fishing rather poorly at present.
LEEDS & DISTRICT A.S.A.
Sunday's match at Moor Monkton Pools was won by L. Smith with 87lb 9oz. M. Gallagher finished second with 67lb 4oz, while B. Hustwaite came third with 31lb 8oz.
This was a slight improvement on the week previous, when the winner was B. Fisk with 48lb 7oz.
O. Hewitt came second in that one with 44lb 6oz, and L. Smith was third with 39lb 2oz.
Various stillwaters will be receiving attention from working parties in the near future.
