BULLS supporters may not have been too upset to miss the action, but they will be getting a full refund regardless after the Our League app encountered major problems at the Keepmoat Stadium yesterday.

Those who had paid money to watch the game against Sheffield streamed live were left feeling short changed, with most of the first half not available to view.

Once the stream was up and running again just before the break, the rest of the coverage went smoothly, but by this point, fans had already turned off in their droves.

Fortunately, it will not cost Bulls or Sheffield fans a penny, with the RFL issuing a statement saying: "Technical issues experienced by the production company working with Sheffield Eagles meant that the Our League platform was unable to stream live match action until just before half-time.

"Full refunds will be issued within two working days to all those who purchased a streaming pass for this game.

"This is a rare but unfortunate occurrence and the RFL apologise to all supporters inconvenienced."

Given that Bulls were 28-0 down at the interval, and went on to lose 50-12, it is safe to say those Bradford fans who did turn off might have had a lucky escape.
